- BlueCove Acquires Polstein, Pursues Hotel Indigo: BlueCove Investment, together with CPPIB, has acquired Polstein Nonhyeon in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul, for approximately KRW 147 billion. The two parties plan to convert the building into a lodging property and bring in IHG’s Hotel Indigo, which, if realised, would mark the brand’s first entry into Korea. CPPIB had earlier formed a joint venture with BlueCove worth about KRW 500 billion.
