NH NongHyup REITs Management paid the remaining balance on February 11, 2026. The total acquisition price was KRW 146 billion, equivalent to approximately KRW 461 million per room. IGIS Asset Management had appointed JLL as the sales advisor in October 2023 and had been conducting the marketing process.  <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.edaily.co.kr\/News\/Read?mediaCodeNo=257&amp;newsId=04680566645381680\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong>Sale of Nine Tree by Parnas Seoul Dongdaemun<\/strong><\/a>: Shinhan Seobu T&amp;D REIT announced on March 9, 2026, that it had selected a high-net-worth individual as the buyer of Nine Tree by Parnas Seoul Dongdaemun, one of its portfolio assets. The sale price is KRW 81 billion, or about KRW 370 million per room, with closing expected next month. Developed in collaboration with Mori Trust, the hotel forms part of the Tokyo World Gate Akasaka mixed-use complex. The guestrooms and interiors emphasize the brand\u2019s sustainability and lifestyle identity.   <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hospitalitynet.org\/news\/4131320\/oakwood-premier-raffles-place-singapore-to-open-1-april-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong>Opening of Oakwood Premier Raffles Place Singapore<\/strong><\/a>: Ascott announced that Oakwood Premier Raffles Place Singapore, located within CapitaSpring in Singapore\u2019s central business district, will open on April 1, 2026. The property comprises 299 units across seven floors and represents Oakwood\u2019s second project in Singapore. With this opening, Ascott\u2019s operating and development portfolio in Singapore will expand to a total of 26 properties. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><i class=\"fa-regular fa-folder-open\"><\/i> Americas<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/2026\/03\/hilton-garden-inn-tribeca-sells-generation-essentials\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong>Sale of Hilton Garden Inn Tribeca<\/strong><\/a>: Generation Essentials, a subsidiary of French media and entertainment company AMTD Digital, has acquired the Hilton Garden Inn Tribeca in Manhattan for USD 69 million. The hotel has 151 guestrooms, and the sellers were reported to be Hersha Hospitality and KSL Capital Partners. Following the acquisition, the property will be renamed AMTD Idea Tribeca Hotel. <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hotelsmag.com\/news\/hyatt-announces-plans-for-a-hyatt-ziva-resort-in-punta-cana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong>Development of Hyatt Ziva Punta Cana<\/strong><\/a>: Hyatt announced on March 11, 2026, that it has signed a management agreement with Dominican developer Codelpa to develop Hyatt Ziva Punta Cana. The new all-inclusive resort is scheduled to open in 2029 and will feature approximately 650 guestrooms. The development will include an adults-only building alongside family-oriented amenities and will be located about 40 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><i class=\"fa-regular fa-folder-open\"><\/i> Europe<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hospitalitynet.org\/news\/4131314\/hvs-europe-hotel-transactions-bulletin-week-ending-6-march-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong>European Hotel Transaction Update<\/strong><\/a>: PPHE Hotel Group has reacquired the 494-room Park Plaza London Waterloo in London from CBRE Investment Management for GBP 147.9 million. Separately, Spain-based Nordeste Properties has acquired the 210-room Meli\u00e1 Bilbao, located in central Bilbao, from Hotei Properties Group for EUR 63 million. The hotel will continue to operate under Meli\u00e1 through a lease agreement with 17 years remaining. <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hotelsmag.com\/news\/corinthia-rome-opens-in-historic-palazzo-near-pantheon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong>Opening of Corinthia Rome<\/strong><\/a>: Corinthia Hotels announced the opening of Corinthia Rome, its first property in Italy, on March 9, 2026. Located at Piazza del Parlamento in Rome, the hotel is the result of a restoration project involving a historic neoclassical palazzo formerly associated with the Bank of Italy. The 9,700-square-meter property features 60 guestrooms, including penthouses, and a subterranean spa created within the building\u2019s former vaults.
