The building, originally completed in 1929, is slated for conversion into 579 units of permanent rental housing. With this acquisition, Mzaman\u2019s hotel portfolio in the UK has expanded to six properties. <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hospitalitynet.org\/news\/4130097.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong>Sale-and-Leaseback of Kopster Hotel in Northwest Paris<\/strong><\/a>: French investment firm Whiterock has acquired the 134-room Kopster Hotel &amp; R\u00e9sidence Paris Ouest Colombes through a sale-and-leaseback transaction with Lavorel Hotels Group.
