The project is described as the largest new-build hotel development in Japan, with Sakurajima Kaihatsu named as the developer. JPMorgan provided the CMBS loan, supplemented by a USD 57 million mezzanine tranche from Tikehau Capital. Opened in 2022, the hotel benefits from strong accessibility to surrounding commercial and retail areas.
