Under the terms, Hanwha assumed KRW 390 billion in existing debt and financed KRW 30 billion in equity, including a KRW 29.5 billion rights offering. After talks previously collapsed, AUD 45 million that had been returned to investors is expected to be recovered. As South Asia\u2019s first large-scale facility of its kind, it is expected to transform the region into a premium tourism destination and represents a key step in Sri Lanka\u2019s luxury tourism infrastructure expansion strategy. <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/industry\/services\/property-\/-cstruction\/brigade-hotel-ventures-limited-signs-multi-deal-agreement-with-marriott-international-to-open-six-hotels-in-india\/articleshow\/123277398.cms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong>Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited (BHVL)<\/strong><\/a>: BHVL has signed a multi-hotel development agreement with Marriott International across four major Indian cities. The plan includes six hotels totaling 940 rooms under brands such as Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Courtyard, and Fairfield. This expansion will grow BHVL\u2019s hotel portfolio in India from two to eight properties. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Americas<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/dlr.skift.com\/2025\/08\/12\/two-large-san-francisco-hotels-could-be-sold-soon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong>San Francisco Downtown Hotel Sales<\/strong><\/a>: Two major downtown San Francisco hotels\u2014the 1,921-room Hilton Union Square and the 1,024-room Parc 55\u2014are reportedly close to being sold. Court documents suggest a deal is in progress, with an extended deadline allowing completion by late October.
